Warranty applies to all products in our shop. There are no special warranty coupons for the products - the warranty is confirmed by a purchase document (receipt or invoice).
For products with a short shelf life or a fixed warranty, warranty cover only for hidden manufacturing defects.
In the event of hidden factory defects, the unit will be repaired or replaced if repair is impossible or uneconomical. UAB H2Oras guarantees the supply of spare parts for at least five years from the end of the warranty period.
In order to exercise the rights granted by this guarantee, it is necessary to provide:
- proof of purchase of the device (invoice number or order number);
- indicate a defect or failure.
Warranty service can only be requested if defective components need to be replaced or repaired. Defects and defects detected during the warranty period will be repaired at the free service center within 14 days from the date of receipt of the device, together with the specified documents.
UAB H2Oras is not liable if the device is used incorrectly, the warranty does not cover losses caused by the use or non-use of the device or its accessories.
UAB H2Oras is not liable for any damage to health caused by the use or non-use of the device or its accessories. The warranty does not cover damage to the device or any modification procedure.
The warranty does not apply if the user does not follow the instructions in the user manual.
THE WARRANTY DOES NOT APPLY
For normal wear and tear;
Mechanical damage caused by transportation, installation and / or misuse;
Damage caused by improper operating conditions (freezing, storage near a heat source, high humidity, damage caused by environmental conditions and / or sunlight);
Damage caused by external causes, force majeure, accidental incidents (fire, flood, dust, riots, theft, etc.).

Customer must deliver the goods to the service centre by himself. Customer is responsible for the cost of transporting the goods.
